The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, close to downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms were somewhat clean but in need of maintenance and often felt stuffy even with the air conditioning running. The service varied from unfriendly to extra nice, with some hiccups during check-in. The dining options were limited, and the facilities could use some improvement.
The hotel's location is the standout feature, being very close to downtown Gatlinburg and offering easy access to amenities. However, the room cleanliness was a major issue, with a disappointing experience related to bedbugs and overall maintenance. Although the service was friendly, some improvements are needed to ensure a more diligent approach to managing lobby traffic. The dining experience fell short of expectations with limited breakfast options. On the positive side, the location is perfect for exploring the area and the proximity to downtown shopping is convenient.
The hotel's location is decent, right next to a convenient store, and right by everything, which I loved. However, the rooms looked very old, with dirty and badly stained carpet, torn privacy curtains, and outdated walls. The lady at the front desk was helpful but ended up causing some inconvenience.
